The SkylesBayne Company is a commercial real estate firm specializing in office, industrial, and retail
tenant representation. We connect Austin’s most exciting companies to work spaces that inspire
productivity. Since our firm’s inception in June 2006, we have successfully brokered over $1 Billion in
third party transactions. Our partners; Chris Skyles, Justin Bayne, Conley Covert, and Scott Studzinski
have all been recognized as “Heavy Hitter’s” by the Austin Business Journal. We are locally owned and
operated here in Austin, Texas.
